Delivery Information

Delivery (unless stated otherwise) for stock items is 3 – 5 working days and is free of charge to Mainland UK (for all products). Need delivery outside of Mainland UK? Please contact us.

  • Roofglaze flat glass  & Circular rooflights are 3 – 4 weeks.
  • Coxdome Rooflights are 2 – 3 working days
  • Stargaze Rooflights are available within 2 – 3 working days for fixed units for builders curb. All other units are 5 – 7 working days. Made to order Stargaze take up to 2 weeks.
  • Mardome Trade Rooflights are 2 – 3 working days
  • Brett Martin Flat Glass are 5 – 7 days
  • Brett Martin Flat Glass bespoke rooflights are 5 – 6 working weeks.
  • Access Panels are 1 – 2 working days.
  • Mardome Smoke Vents are 5 – 7 working days.
  • Surespan rooflight access hatch is 6 – 8 working weeks.

Our terms and conditions appear when placing an order, please ensure you read before completing the purchase. After placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledging that your order has been received.

All deliveries are made by our own drivers and require a signature. They will usually be delivered between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday only. Please assist us by ensuring that someone will be available to sign for the goods. Please let us know if you need deliveries outside these times.

Please note we cannot guarantee a delivery time and we will not be held responsible for any losses incurred due to late delivery.

Returns Information

Under the Consumer contracts regulation you have up to 14 days from the date you receive the goods to inform us you have changed your mind.

Please check your goods on receipt to ensure that they have arrived in good condition. Claims for damaged goods are not covered by our insurance if the delivery is unchecked. Any breakages or deficiencies should be notified to us within 24 hours of delivery. Please contact us by phone on 01922 714091 or email sales@addlite.co.uk to arrange for items to be collected for inspection. You will be responsible for the item(s) until they reach us.

If you wish to return a standard stock item, simply send it back to us and you will be refunded providing it is received in perfect condition, 100% complete and ideally with packaging. Please note that a restocking charge will apply. Bespoke items are non-refundable.

Unwanted returns may incur the following restocking fees:
Stargaze Rooflights – 35% Restocking
Monodraught Sunpipes – 20% Restocking
Brett Martin – 35% Restocking
Coxdome – 25% Restocking
Note: Restocking fees may be waived if a larger size is re-ordered.
 
In the case of unwanted goods, the buyer will be required to pay the return postage.
 
Collection can be arranged, costs on application.

Important info for all deliveries

 

  • Please inspect your delivery as soon as possible, and in the rare event of any delivery-related damage or missing items, please notify us within 2 working days. We may be unable to replace items that are reported as missing or that have delivery damage if reported outside of this timeframe

  • Please retain any packaging in case you would like to return your items to us. We may be unable to accept returns where product packaging is missing or heavily marked/damaged. If your order arrives on a pallet, it’s worth hanging on it until you’re confident you don’t want to return anything to us

  • We recommend that you do not book tradespeople until your order has arrived. We take great care to provide accurate delivery information but on occasion delays may occur. We are unable to compensate you for costs resulting from delivery delays

  • Please carefully inspect your products prior to installing them. We are unable to offer a refund or exchange for items once they have been installed (unless defective), nor can we compensate you for installation costs resulting from errors with product specifications or information provided on our website. Please make sure you are happy with what you are installing prior to handing it to your installer
