Profab ARIA 5000 Grid Ceiling Access Panel, 24mm Grid

A lay-in access panel for suspended grid ceilings. It drops into a standard 24 mm exposed tee grid in place of a ceiling tile, and its door tray takes the same tile as the surrounding ceiling, so the panel blends in. The Profab ARIA 5000 Series.

Construction

• 1.2 mm welded frame and 0.9 mm door tray in electro-galvanised mild steel
• Door tray designed to accept the same tile as the surrounding ceiling (tile not included)
• Hinged door with fully adjustable concealed hinges
• Hinge fixing positions for rebated (R) or square edge (E) tiles
• Lockable with a concealed budget lock: T-bar key included, supplied with a white plastic bung (600 x 1200 mm has two locks)
• Foam dust gasket to all sides
• Door opens downwards towards the user and can be removed during installation or if damaged
• Fully powder coated matt white, RAL 9010
• Overall frame depth 80 mm
• CNC manufactured in the UK to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015

Size specification

• Sizes are the grid module size (600 x 600 mm or 600 x 1200 mm), for 24 mm grid only
• Hang the panel independently from the structure above on threaded rod or angle; brace 600 x 1200 mm panels
