Surespan Residential Roof Hatch features a modern, stylish aesthetic with a mill finish aluminium manufacture, which has been designed from the ground up to provide easy installation as well as high performance.
Manufactured from Aluminium with 75mm CFC and HCFC free Polyisocyanurate insulation with a standard 300mm upstand and curb liner included.

| UPSTAND: | 300mm in height with external curb liner, thermally broken and insulated. |
| INSULATION: | 75mm PIR Insulation achieves 0.26 W/m²K as standard. |
| SEAL: | Double unbroken bubble and blade seal to lid. |
| OPERATION: | Gas spring assisted opening. Electric available on request. |
| HINGES: | Heavy duty continuous hidden hinge. |
