Profab IMAGE 2000 Plastic Access Panels, Pack of 10

Pack of 10 panels of the same size, 20% less than buying singly. Lightweight white plastic access panels for quick access to pipework, stop taps, valves and cables behind walls and ceilings. The frame covers a rough cut opening and the door clips in and out, so there is no lock and no key to lose. The Profab IMAGE 2000 Series.

Construction

• Injection moulded high impact styrene, nominal 3.5 mm thick
• White, lightly textured finish that can be painted or papered
• Non locking clip in door held by integral lugs, pivoting on a moulded pin
• Opens with a flat screwdriver at the notches in the door edge
• Picture frame covers a rough cut hole
• Depth 21 mm when closed

Performance

• Not fire rated
• For walls and ceilings; 350 x 350 mm is the largest size recommended for ceilings

Size specification

• The size is the nominal rear frame size
• Cut the hole 6 to 8 mm larger than the panel size
• Clear opening: (X minus 32) x (Y minus 12) mm

Installation

Cut the hole, apply a silicone adhesive to the back of the frame and press it into place. Clip the door in once the adhesive has set.
