The SRHP25 is a high-quality premium, thermally broken roof access hatch at a low cost. Offering an unprecedented full 25mm thermally broken composite lid and upstand with 25mm insulation. Secure Hold arm with smooth manual closing using grip handle to prevent accidental closure. Comes as standard with a curb liner, 300mm upstand, Internal slam action cablock, with toggle latch and external padlockable handle (for padlock supplied by others). Gas spring assisted opening.

Surespan SRHPTB Thermally Broken Aluminium Single Leaf commercial and residential roof hatch with 50mm insulation and a curb liner. The access door is sold as standard with an internal slam action Cablock, with toggle latch and external padlockable handle (for padlock supplied by others). U-value of 0.43 W/m²K.

Thermally broken aluminium Surespan roof access hatch. These covers feature an unprecedented FULL 25mm thermal break and a 25mm Polyisocyanurate insulation to the composite lid and upstand. The hatch also incorporates a secure Stay Hold open arm with smooth manual closing using grip handle to prevent against accidental closure. The 300mm upstand comes with an external curb liner for easy site installation eliminating the need to flash up against exposed insulation blocks found at a similar price point. Locking Mechanism L01 Internal Slam Action Cablock. A double EPDM bubble & blade seal for a weathertight seal. The 25mm polyisocyanurate insulation in the lid and upstand offers CFC & HCFC free insulation with an ODP and a GWP rating of zero, with a U-value of 0.78 W/m2K. This roof access hatch is sold as standard with curb liner, 300mm upstand. The hatch is manufactured from aluminium and can be powder coated in single or dual colour. Inside and outside. Otherwise sold as aluminium mill finish.
